Let's hope it's worth waiting for. Of the three, the first is obviously the best; the second is just bad all the way through with the bug-eating scene, the child-abuse-as-entertainment scenes, etc.; and the third was a retread of many of the scenes from the first, so it was pretty good.

Hope they come up with something original.

Well.. we had
Indiana Jones and the lost ark (Jewish)
Indiana Jones and the stolen Idol (Hindu)
Indiana Jones and the holy Grail (Christian)

How about Indiana Jones and the foreskin of Mohammad, to complete the Abrahamic set? or Indiana Jones and the willie of Osirius? for a classic archeology item.

Just trying to be helpful here.

Honestly, Harrison Ford is getting to be a bit old for Indiana Jones, James Bond has always been that mid thirties to forty something age that Batman and Superman have been for over 50 years.

The problem is that, as an action hero, as he begins to age the story changes; Why would a sixty year old be running around the world with a girl young enough to be his granddaughter? I'm pretty sure they won't pair him with an age appropriate woman.

anyhow, I'll be in line to buy popcorn...

I agree. Saw Raiders 6 times, taking all of my adult friends, then my kids a little later. Can't wait for this reprise. Too cool. Indy's 'demographic' brackets us all. Any way to merge this with the '08 prez run? Nah. Indy's better than all that jazz.
